Phil Primeau is manager-in-chief of PERSISTENCIA and editor of Dirt, a print 'zine of minimalist poetry and poetics. His work has been featured in RealPoetik, Moria, Skald, Eratio, and Otoliths, among others. Lara, a chapbook co-authored with Jesse Crockett, was published by Differentia Books in 2005.
